Remote Deposit Anywhere is a FREE* service that allows you to make deposits to your accounts 24/7.

MyPay P2P (Person2Person) Payments

Need to send money, but not near a bank? Relax. With MyPay Person2Person Payments, you can send money anywhere*, even while on vacation.

MyPay P2P is a FREE* service that allows you to send money to other people when you need to.

  • It’s a simple, safe and secure to send money to friends and family.
  • You can send money using your mobile device or computer. **
  • All you need is an email address to send it to!

*US Bank Transfers Only.**Internet Banking Required. Daily transfer limits apply. Payments may take up to 3 business days to post.

MyPay P2P (Person2Person) Payments are available for personal checking and money market accounts. Your eligible personal deposit account must be active. Sugar River Bank does not currently charge for this service. Depending on your delivery method, connectivity and usage rates may apply. Contact your wireless/internet service provider for more details.

Instant Issue MasterCard Debit Card

Using your MasterCard Debit Card is more efficient than writing checks. It is offered with all of our checking accounts.  Shop wherever MasterCard is accepted and the amount of the purchase is automatically deducted from your checking account.  You can also access cash at ATMs worldwide. 

Instant Issue is offered so that you can get your card even quicker; whether it's a new account, a lost card, or your card is worn out.

*Instant Issue is available in Newport and Concord only.  24 Hour turnaround in Grantham, New London, Sunapee and Warner.

Express Banking (800) 863-3004 or 863-3002

Our automated telephone system has been enhanced.  Please listen carefully as the menu options have changed.  You will need to re-establish your PIN the first time you call. 

Express Banking is Sugar River Bank’s automated telephone service.  It gives you immediate access to your account information-including balance inquiries, transactions, transfers and more!

To utilize this service:

  1. Dial 800-863-3004 or 603-863-3002 and press "1" for touchtone or press "2" for speech recognition
  2. Follow the menu prompts
  3. Enter your account number and (PIN)

In order to verify your identity the first time you call in, you will need to enter your account number, followed by your Social Security number.  You will then be prompted to re-establish your PIN.

Express Banking User Guide

Direct Deposit

Take advantage of Direct Deposit and you can have your paycheck, Social Security, retirement or other benefits safely and automatically deposited into your checking or savings account.

 

Overdraft Protection

At times, unanticipated expenses or unforeseen problems can leave you with too little cash in your checking account.  Having a check returned due to insufficient funds can be a costly, inconvenient and potentially embarrassing experience. At Sugar River Bank, we do not encourage overdrafts; we encourage you to manage your finances responsibly.  In the event that an unforeseen incident occurs, we offer Cash Reserve.

Drive-Up ATM

Looking for a quick way to get your money out of your checking or savings account? Stop by one of our convenient drive-up ATM's located at all five branches. 

Intelligent Deposit ATM's are currently in six locations:  Newport, Warner, New London, Sunapee, Grantham and Bradford!
